1. คำนิยาม
"ภาพ" หมายถึง ภาพถ่ายนิ่งและวิดีโอข่าว/ข่าวกีฬาทั้งหมดที่เผยแพร่บนเว็บไซต์นี้
"ผู้ใช้งาน" หมายถึง บุคคลหรือนิติบุคคลที่ลงทะเบียนสมาชิกและ/หรือซื้อภาพผ่านเว็บไซต์
"เจ้าของลิขสิทธิ์" หมายถึง Surin Press Images และ/หรือช่างภาพที่เป็นเจ้าของผลงาน
2. สิทธิ์การใช้งาน (License)
Non-exclusive License: ผู้ซื้อได้รับสิทธิ์ใช้งานภาพแบบไม่ผูกขาด ภาพดังกล่าวอาจถูกขายให้ผู้อื่นเพิ่มเติมได้
Exclusive License: ผู้ซื้อได้รับสิทธิ์ใช้งานภาพแต่เพียงผู้เดียว ภาพดังกล่าวจะถูกล็อกและไม่นำไปขายซ้ำให้บุคคลอื่นอีกหลังการซื้อสำเร็จ
3. Editorial Use Only
ภาพทั้งหมดจำหน่ายเพื่อการใช้งานเชิงบรรณาธิการ (Editorial Use) เท่านั้น ได้แก่ การรายงานข่าว บทความ สารคดี และเนื้อหาเชิงข้อมูลข่าวสาร
ห้ามนำภาพไปใช้ในการโฆษณา, เชิงพาณิชย์ที่สื่อถึงการรับรองสินค้า, หรือทำให้บุคคลในภาพเสื่อมเสียชื่อเสียง โดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาตจากบุคคลในภาพ
4. ลิขสิทธิ์
ลิขสิทธิ์ในภาพทั้งหมดเป็นของ Surin Press Images และ/หรือช่างภาพเจ้าของผลงาน การซื้อภาพเป็นเพียงการได้รับสิทธิ์การใช้งาน ไม่ใช่การโอนกรรมสิทธิ์หรือลิขสิทธิ์
5. การชำระเงินและการดาวน์โหลด
เมื่อชำระเงินสำเร็จ ผู้ใช้งานจะได้รับสิทธิ์ดาวน์โหลดไฟล์ความละเอียดสูงโดยไม่มีลายน้ำทันที เนื่องจากเป็นสินค้าดิจิทัล จึงไม่สามารถขอคืนเงินได้หลังจากดาวน์โหลดไฟล์แล้ว เว้นแต่ไฟล์เสียหายหรือผิดพลาดจากระบบ
7. กฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับ

1. Definitions
"Images" refers to all still photographs and news/sports videos published on this website.
"User" refers to any individual or entity that registers and/or purchases images through the website.
2. License Types
Non-exclusive License: The buyer receives a non-exclusive right to use the image. The same image may also be sold to other buyers.
Exclusive License: The buyer receives the sole right to use the image. Once purchased, the image is locked and will not be resold.
3. Editorial Use Only
All images are sold for editorial use only, including news reporting, articles, documentaries, and informational content.
The following uses are prohibited without additional permission: advertising, commercial use implying endorsement, or any use that could defame the person depicted.
4. Copyright
Copyright in all images remains with Surin Press Images and/or the respective photographer. Purchasing an image grants only license rights, not a transfer of copyright.
5. Payment and Downloads
Upon successful payment, users immediately receive the high-resolution, watermark-free file. Refunds are not available after a file has been downloaded, except in cases of file corruption or system error.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Thailand.
